Mint District started in Melbourne with a handful of humble collectors who fell into the hobby the same way most people do — one pull, one trade, one late-night restock alert at a time. Somewhere along the way we realised we wanted to share that feeling with more people, not just chase it for ourselves.
Collectors first
We're not a warehouse — we're a small crew who actually opens the product we sell. If it's not something we'd chase for our own binders and shelves, it doesn't make the listing.
Genuine, always
Every English and Japanese item we list comes from suppliers and traders we know and trust. No greymarket guessing games, no unverified resellers — just product we'd hand over to a friend without hesitation.
Online today, more tomorrow
Right now Mint District is online-only, shipping across Australia and to New Zealand. A real, physical door for you to walk through is the goal — it'll be a long journey, but we're chasing it the same way we chase everything else.

Are you a big operation?
Not even close. Mint District is run by collectors, for collectors — small enough that we still personally check what goes out the door.
Do you sell sealed and singles from Japan too?
Yes — English and Japanese product, sealed and singles, sourced from genuine suppliers and traders we've built real relationships with.
Will you ever have a physical store?
That's the goal. We're online-only for now while we grow, but a brick-and-mortar space down the track is the long-term dream — one restock at a time.
